Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before browsing or placing orders on SAAVIRA.

Summary for Our Valued Patrons

We are committed to delivering authentic handloom silk sarees of the highest purity. By using our website, you agree to fair usage, standard e-commerce transaction terms, and respect for our handcrafted artisan heritage.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using www.saavira.com (the "Site"), purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Handloom Authenticity & Product Representations

All SAAVIRA sarees are genuine handloom and artisanal creations. Because each piece is woven manually by artisan weavers using pure silk and tested zari, slight variations in weave texture, motifs, and natural silk slubs are intrinsic hallmarks of authentic handcrafting rather than defects. We strive to display accurate colors in our studio photography; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor/screen color calibration.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

Prices listed on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and availability without prior notice. Payment must be made in full through our authorized payment gateways prior to order dispatch.

4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. SAAVIRA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for reasonable grounds (e.g., inventory stock-out, technical errors in pricing, suspected fraudulent transaction).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand trademarks, logos, high-resolution product photography, artistic copy, designs, visual assets, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of SAAVIRA. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SAAVIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to website transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
