How to Return or Exchange
Initiate Request
Contact our concierge via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your saree with your order ID and photos if damaged.

Our quality team will review your request within 24 hours and generate a hassle-free reverse pickup from your address.
Courier Pickup
Hand over the saree in its original unused condition with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact.
Replacement or Refund
Once inspected at our facility, we will immediately process your exchange or full refund to your original payment method.
